Designer Wardrobe - Sell Later on DW: Once a Max product is sold through the Designer Wardrobe marketplace, Max is no longer responsible for any faults or issues that may occur with the garment. Items bought through Designer Wardrobe cannot be returned to Max. Max takes no responsibility for the payment and shipping of sold items through Designer Wardrobe, including any lost or damaged parcels.

MaxSocialClub Reward Vouchers: These vouchers are for one-time use only. Not in conjunction with any other offer or outlet. They cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All sales made with the vouchers are final. Once expired, they cannot be renewed. If a voucher was used towards a purchase and you returned the purchase, you will not get the voucher refunded to your account. Reward voucher amounts are split across the total order value and are not allocated to singular items. Multiple reward vouchers cannot be used on the same transaction. At Max, we are committed to offering fair, transparent, and accurate pricing. However, on rare occasions, genuine errors (such as pricing mistakes or stock discrepancies) may occur on our website.
