Returns For Change Of Mind:
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange items for change of mind.
Condition Of Items:
Items returned for change of mind must be in their original, unwashed condition, with all labels and swing tags still attached.
Faulty items:
We stand behind the quality of our products and will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If your item arrives faulty or doesn’t perform as it should, we’ll sort it. Depending on the issue, we’ll provide a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit. If you’re unsure whether your item is faulty, bring it in or contact our team and we’ll take a look.
