How do I use my Max Gift Card?
To use your physical or electronic Max gift card as payment online, please make sure you're logged into your Max Account, or this will not work. You can log in here
Once you've added your items to your cart and you're ready to check out.
Add your Giftcard number without any spaces in the "Giftcard Redemption" box at checkout.
Click "Redeem", and you will see your Giftcard balance deducted from your total.
Please add your gift card before your preferred payment method if a split payment is required.

Can I use a Max Gift Card instore and online?
Yes, whether you choose a digital or printed gift card, it can be redeemed both online and in any Max store nationwide.
How long is my gift card valid for?
Our digital gift cards and printed gift cards expire 3 years from purchase.
Can I use my Max ClubCredits to purchase a gift card?
Unfortunately Max ClubCredits cannot be redeemed when purchasing a gift card.
Can I use a gift card to purchase another gift card?
Unfortunately Max gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Can I purchase a digital gift card with other items in the same order?
Digital gift cards must be purchased separately and cannot be combined with other products in the same order.
Can I use my digital gift card in NZ or Australia?
Currently digital gift cards can only be used on our New Zealand website or in store.
What happens if I loose my gift card?
Gift cards are treated as cash, so please keep them safe. If your card was purchased online, we may be able to reissue it — get in touch with our team and we’ll see what we can do.
