Store credits can be used online and in-store.
If you return an endless aisle order or in-store purchase to our online team this will be refunded to a store credit as we do not retain customer card details to issue this refund.

If you’ve returned an item in store and received a Credit Note (e.g: CR1234567), please note that these cannot be used online and will not appear on your online profile. However, you can use this in store, and it will be visible to our in-store team on your account at the time of checkout. Our Customer Services Team can also convert this for you too.

To Redeem your Store Credit Online:
First, log in to the account your Store Credit was issued to.
Then, copy and paste your Store Credit number into the Gift Card Redemption field at checkout.
Then click Redeem. You should see the Store Credit Balance deduct from your Total.
Then, copy and paste your Store Credit number into the Gift Card Redemption field at checkout.
Then click Redeem. You should see the Store Credit Balance deduct from your Total.
Please note that you do not need to enter your Store Credit code in the Discount Code field.
Also, the “Apply Store Credit” option shown above Pay Now refers only to Club Credits earned from previous purchases. Any Store Credit issued to you will not appear in this section.
Please ensure you’re logged into the same account the credit was originally issued to. You will be unable to redeem any credit if using a different account.
