When the stores are out of stock of the size you want in a garment you love, you can request an "Endless Aisle Order." This allows you to pay in-store and have the item sent directly to your front door.

Since payment is taken in-store, these orders cannot be returned using our online returns label. If they are sent to our online team, the refund will be processed as store credit, as we do not retain customer card details.
Returns for Endless Aisle Orders: These items must be returned to any of our store locations.
Refund Details:
- Original Payment Method: If you paid with a debit or credit card, the refund will be processed back to that card. Please bring the card used for the original transaction.
- Gift Cards: If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to that card. Be sure to keep your gift card for future use.
All returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition, with all labels and swing tags still attached. For swimwear, it must be in new, unworn condition, with all garment tags and, where applicable, hygiene stickers still attached.
Returns Policy:
Full-price products and full-price promotional products are eligible for exchange refund or store credit.
Sale products can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.
Outlet items on our website are returnable for a store credit or exchange only. These will be marked at the time of purchase.
