Returning Your In-Store Purchase
You can return your purchase at any of our store locations, except outlet stores.

Return Process:
- Visit a Store: Bring your item(s) to any of our participating store locations.
- Assistance Available: Our friendly staff will be happy to help you with the return process. You will either receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund, depending on the eligibility of your purchase.
Since payment is taken in-store, these instore purchases cannot be returned using our online returns label
Refund Details:
- Original Payment Method: If you paid with a debit or credit card, the refund will be processed back to that card. Please bring the card used for the original transaction.
- Gift Cards: If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to that card. Be sure to keep your gift card for future use.
Condition of Items:
To ensure a smooth return, please make sure that all items meet the following criteria:
- All items must be in their original condition (unless deemed faulty).
- Swimwear Returns: Swimwear must be in new, unworn condition. Please ensure that all garment tags and, where applicable, hygiene stickers are still attached.
- All swing tags, buttons, and labels must also be attached.
Important Note: Max reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to ask our staff for help.
