Returning Your In-Store Purchase

- Full-price items: Refund, exchange or store credit
- Sale items: Refund, exchange or store credit
- Outlet items: Exchange or store credit only
Here’s how it works:
- Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase into store.
- Our team will help with an exchange, store credit, or refund - depending on eligibility.
- Because payment is taken in-store, online returns labels can’t be used for in-store purchases.
Refunds:
- Card payments will be refunded back to the original card - please bring it with you.
- Gift card purchases will be refunded back onto the same card, so hang onto it.
Return conditions:
- Items must be in original condition, with tags attached (unless faulty).
- We may decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
