Returning Your In-Store Purchase

You can return your purchase within 30 days to your local Max store. Our standard returns policy applies. [Read more here.]

• Full-price items: Refund, exchange or store credit
• Sale items: Refund, exchange or store credit
• Outlet items: Exchange or store credit only

Here’s how it works:

• Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase into store.
• Our team will help with an exchange, store credit, or refund - depending on eligibility.
• Because payment is taken in-store, online returns labels can’t be used for in-store purchases.

Refunds:

• Card payments will be refunded back to the original card - please bring it with you.
• Gift card purchases will be refunded back onto the same card, so hang onto it.

Return conditions:

• Items must be in original condition, with tags attached (unless faulty).
• We may decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
