All in-store purchases need to be returned to any one of our store locations. Since payment is taken in-store, these orders cannot be returned using our online returns label. If they are sent to our online team, the refund will be processed as store credit, as we do not retain customer card details.

Full-price products and full-price promotional products are eligible for exchange refund or store credit.
Sale products can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.
Outlet items on our website are returnable for a store credit or exchange only. These will be marked at the time of purchase.
Orders placed in-store that are delivered right to your door cannot be sent back to us using our online returns label. These are called "Endless aisle" Orders and are considered an in-store purchase.

Our friendly store staff will be able to organize an exchange, store credit or refund for you for your online purchase.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
If your order was purchased using a gift card, the return value will be refunded back to the original gift card, so please retain the gift card to redeem it again.
All items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached.
Max has the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition.
