All purchases made in-store must be returned to any of our store locations.
Because payment is processed in-store, in-store purchases cannot be returned using our online returns label for a refund.
If an in-store purchase is sent to our online returns team, any approved refund will be issued as store credit, as we do not retain customer payment card details.
Any eligible exchange or store credit request will be processed without issue.

Endless Aisle Orders
Items ordered in-store and delivered directly to your address are known as Endless Aisle Orders. Although these items are shipped to you, they are considered in-store purchases and must be returned to a store.
These orders cannot be returned using our online returns process or prepaid returns label.
