Online orders can be returned in-store or via the Freepost returns label to our online store, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit or refund.

How to return via post:
Pop your garments and completed Returns & Exchange Form into a courier bag.
You would have received a prepaid NZ Post sticker included within your order.
If you did not receive a Post Label, please address your parcel to the following address:

***Refunds will be issued back to the original payment methods. If your order was purchased using a gift card, the return value will be refunded back to the original gift card, so please retain the gift card to redeem it again.
All items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached.
Max has the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition.
