If you did not receive an email with your reward coupon code you may have unsubscribed from emails. You can re-subscribe at any time via this link - https://www.max.co.nz/newsletter/manage/
Check your Rewards online
You can check all the valid Reward Coupons on your account via the website, by logging in here.

Where to enter your Reward Code online
Please ensure you are logged in first before you attempt to redeem your reward. It will not work if not.
At checkout, you can enter your code in the field marked "Enter Discount Code", and push apply. If logged in and valid, the code will apply to your cart.
If it does not apply.
If your code does not successfully apply it will show an error like this.
This could happen for several reasons, please check the following.
- You must be logged in.
- Your card does not meet the requirements. eg: it must be over $120 before applying the discount.
- You may have multiple accounts: Check your email matches the one on your My Account section.
- Your coupon has expired, or been redeemed. Check here for your valid coupons. My Rewards
