How to use MaxSocialClub Rewards
Your MaxSocailClub account
To check your MaxSocialClub Rewards, login here, and click the person icon
Then click the "Loyalty" tab.
From here you can see your current MaxSocialClub rewards and status here
Note: Your customer number is unique to your account and can be provided in-store to quickly find your MaxSocialClub details. Alternatively, you can share your contact information (such as your email address, name, or phone number) with our in-store team, and they’ll be able to access your account for you.
Used or expired rewards will not be shown in the table.
Where to enter your MaxSocialClub reward?
Please ensure you are logged in first before you attempt to redeem your reward.
Then you can redeem your rewards from this drop-down at checkout, which should automatically load all your available rewards.
Please note: You can only redeem one voucher at a time, as these are not stackable.
Adding ClubCredits to your order
If you have trouble redeeming your rewards
Please check the following.
- You must be logged in and with the same email as your MaxSocialClub account - check this is the same email as your Shoppay account too if using that to checkout.
- Your cart does not meet the requirements. eg: it must be over $100 before applying the discount.
- You may have multiple accounts: Check your email matches the one on your My Account section.
