Store credits can be used online and in-store.
If you return an endless aisle order or in-store purchase to our online team this will be refunded to a store credit as we do not retain customer card details to issue this refund.
If you have returned something instore and received a Credit note these cannot be used online and will not reflect on you online profile. However, our in-store team can view this at checkout.

Add your store credit number to the "gift card" field at checkout once you have logged into your account.
Then click "Redeem": you will then see your value amount come off the total price when ready to make the payment i.e.
